With the deepening of Reform and Opening-up and under the leadership of Mr. Deng Xiaoping, Hua Xia bank started operation in Beijing. in 1992, After restructuring in March,1995, Hua Xia bank grew into a nationwide joint stock commercial bank. By Dec 31st, 2008, Hua Xia bank has put in place an extensive network of branches across China, covering major cities including Beijing, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Jinan, Kunming, Shenzhen, Shenyang, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Chongqing, Chengdu, Xi’an, Urumqi, Taiyuan, Dalian, Qingdao, Wenzhou, Shijiazhuang, Tianjin, Hohhot, Fuzhou, Ningbo, Shaoxing, Nanning, Changzhou, Suzhou and Wuxi.
