The " Wenying Series are wealth management products issued by Hua Xia Bank to investors. The return of the product is backed by T-bonds, policy financial bonds, and Central Bank bills traded on interbank bond market, or is backed by corporate bonds or trust products guaranteed by the financial institutions.

Service Flows：

1. Subscription: first time investors should first open a wealth management account in one’s Huaxia bank card and then deposit sufficient money which should at least be the minimum purchase amount required by each product.

3. Early redemption: In case Hua Xia Bank's wealth management products are eligible for early redemption, and during the tenor of the product, the customer may present , his/her valid ID card (authorization letter signed by the investorand the agent's valid ID card are required if someone redeems on behalf) ,his/her Huaxia bank card to the original issuing outlet for early redemption. The redemption fund is transferred to the customer's designated investment account on the 4th banking date since the date of early redemption. The corresponding fund is frozen. The bank teller will advise the customer for fund redemption procedures at the counter.

4. Redemption on maturity: Principal and returns will be automatically transferred to his/her account upon the maturity of the product.

5. Pledge loan: In case the customer needs loan financing, the customer may file for pledge loan upon presentation of the his/her ID card and Huaxia Bank Card at the original issuing outlet. Upon approval for the pledge loan, the customer delivers "Huaxia Bank Card" to the lending bank (original issuing outlet). The customer may reclaim the "Fund Receipt Voucher" after the loan principal and interest is repaid before maturity of the investment product.

6. Writing deposit certification: In case the customer needs Hua Xia Bank to issue deposit certification, the customer may present the valid ID card and "Huaxia Bank Card" at the original issuing outlet for deposit certification on the underlying investment product.

Important Information:

1. Before subscription, please carefully read the terms and conditions on the purchase agreement for Hua Xia Bank RMB personal investment products.

2. During the life of the investment products, in case the investors suffer from loss due to force majeure or other acts of God, Hua Xia Bank is not held liable for compensations.

3. Hua Xia Bank does not permit early withdrawal or does not encourage early withdrawal before the maturity of the investment products.
